TLG CORE VALUES
The following are the six core values TLG employees selected at the December 13, 2008, Employee Meeting. These great values have been incorporated into two main Value Statements. These Statements define how TLG employees want to behave with each other in the organization and how the organization will value customers, suppliers and the internal community.

Personal Leadership and Responsibility
Each TLG employee has a responsibility to bring positive and constructive leadership to those around them every day. Everyone is empowered and responsible to demonstrate leadership attributes including respect, honesty, integrity, ownership, discipline, positive energy, passion, dependability, effective communications and self-development.
Behaviors: Treats all with respect, keeps commitments, inspires trust of others, works ethically and upholds all company values. Has and takes full responsibility for the outcomes of their respective areas, shows conviction and provides a positive role model.
Teamwork
TLG is committed to enhance value for the customer through collaborative innovation by encouraging employee, customers and partners to relate together creatively. We believe teamwork leads to better outcomes for our employees and customers.
Behaviors: Values, respects and support the role of all people in the process, focuses on group goals rather than individual, values differences and leverages those differences with dignity to optimize solutions, and works actively to resolve conflicts.
